From our grow
Notes from the room it grew in.
Pineapple Express runs warm and finishes fast indoors, and the Trainwreck side of it wants light right up until the chop. Hawaiian softens the edge, so what comes off the plant smells like the fruit before you ever grind it. We trimmed by hand and cured it slow, because this jar tested the highest terpene count of anything we grow and a rushed cure would have cost us that. It earned the careful treatment.

What you're smelling.
Terpenes are the aroma oils in cannabis, and they steer how a strain feels as much as how it smells. Pineapple Express carries the highest total terpene count of any strain on our shelf, and limonene runs the show. Here is the full lineup, in plain English.
Limonene
0.97%Dominant · Pineapple rind & bright citrus
The same oil that makes citrus peel snap when you tear it open, and the main reason this jar smells like its name. It reads as clear and mood-lifting, setting the tone for the whole session.
Ocimene
0.61%Sweet basil & ripe mango
A lighter, sweeter note found in fresh herbs and ripe fruit. It fills the gap between the citrus and the sweetness underneath it.
Caryophyllene
0.56%Black pepper & clove
The one terpene your body reads almost like a cannabinoid. It takes the edge off the citrus and keeps the high from feeling too sharp.
Linalool
0.44%Lavender & soft floral calm
The oil behind lavender's calming reputation, usually found in small doses. Here it rounds out the sharper citrus notes without changing direction.
Effects, honestly
How it lands.
Limonene runs this one, and you notice within a few minutes. Pineapple Express opens bright and clear, more citrus and tropical fruit than the usual sativa sting, and the terpene load keeps that flavor present through the whole session. The energy leans social and alert rather than wired. It moves fast, with no long wait for onset.
At 23.55% THC, paired with the highest terpene count on our shelf, the smoke can hit brighter and stronger than the numbers suggest. If you're new to flower this strong, start with less than you think you need and judge the first ten minutes before you go back in. This is a daytime strain, not a bedtime one.
The Grower's Read
What we'd tell a friend.
Scored 0 to 5 by the people who grew it.
Head
Cerebral and clear within minutes. This is a head high first, everything else second.
Body
Barely registers. This stays in your head, not your legs.
Pace
Fast. Ten minutes, not a half hour.
Appetite
Inconsistent. Don't plan a meal around it.
From the counter
This is the one we hand to people who want flavor first. Start with less than you think you need, since the terpene load makes it hit brighter than the THC number implies. Give it ten minutes before you decide you need more. Good for daytime, not for winding down.
