From our grow

Notes from the room it grew in.

Super Lemon Haze stretched fast once we flipped it to bloom, taller and leggier than anything else in the room, so we trained it early to keep the canopy even. It ran closer to eleven weeks than nine. The lemon didn't show up until the final two weeks, when the room turned from green and grassy to sharp citrus. Buds finished lean rather than dense, hand-trimmed branch by branch, then hung with extra space to dry even.

Terpenes · 1.53% total

What you're smelling.

Terpenes are the aroma oils in cannabis, and they steer how a strain feels as much as how it smells. Super Lemon Haze runs on terpinolene. Here is the full lineup, in plain English.

Terpinolene

0.45%

Dominant · Fresh herbs & citrus rind

Terpinolene rarely leads a strain's profile, making this an uncommon dominant note. It reads sharp and green, and drives this flower's fast, alert feel.

Myrcene

0.22%

Ripe mango & warm earth

Myrcene is the terpene most tied to heavy, sedating effects, though here it's a minor note. It adds a faint sweetness underneath the citrus.

Caryophyllene

0.21%

Cracked pepper & clove

This terpene binds directly to the body's CB2 receptors, closer to a cannabinoid than a scent. It adds a dry, peppery edge under the lemon.

Ocimene

0.18%

Sweet herbs & tropical fruit

Ocimene shows up in mint and basil as often as it does in cannabis. It's a small share of the profile, rounding the citrus toward ripe fruit.

Effects, honestly

How it lands.

Super Lemon Haze moves fast. The terpinolene and the citrus underneath it push the high up within the first few minutes, closer to a jolt than a slow build. Expect a clear, active head space and an easy pull toward conversation. The body stays light, without the heaviness people associate with indica flower.

At 26.92% THC this is strong flower, and the effect stays cerebral the whole time, not just at the start. It holds that alert, focused feeling longer than most lighter sativas do. If your tolerance is low, start with less than you think you need. This suits daytime and early evening better than bedtime.

The Grower's Read

What we'd tell a friend.

Scored 0 to 5 by the people who grew it.

Head

Sharp and bright almost immediately. Built around the head high.

Body

Minimal. Legs and shoulders stay loose through the whole thing.

Pace

Quick. Most people feel it inside the first ten minutes.

Appetite

A mild lift, easy to miss if you're busy.

From the counter

This is the one I hand to someone who says weed makes them tired. It works mornings and afternoons, not right before bed. Start with a small amount even if you smoke every day. The lift comes on fast and holds longer than the smell suggests.
