The fine print · Couth Cannabis
Terms of use.
Effective August 11, 2026
These terms cover your use of couthcannabis.com. We kept them in plain English because that's how we talk. They're still the rules.
Who we are
Couth Cannabis is an adult-use cannabis dispensary at 1595 El Paseo Rd, Las Cruces, NM 88001. When these terms say "Couth," "we," or "us," that's who they mean. By using this website you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be 21 or older
This website and our store are for adults 21 and over. That's why the rest of the site asks your age before it loads. This page and the Privacy Policy skip that question on purpose, since you should be able to read the rules before agreeing to them. In store, we check a valid government-issued ID showing you're 21+ on every visit. No exceptions. If you're under 21, this site isn't for you.
What this website is (and isn't)
This site exists to tell you about our shop, our flower, and cannabis in general. Nothing is sold on this website. When you tap "Shop the Menu," you leave for an online ordering site run by our point-of-sale provider, and every order is finished in person at our counter, where your age and identity are verified. That ordering site has its own terms and its own privacy policy.
Prices, products, deals, and lab figures shown anywhere on this site can change without notice. Cannabinoid and terpene numbers come from certificates of analysis for specific batches, and batches vary.
Education, not medical advice
Our guides exist to teach. They are general information only, not medical advice, and reading them does not make us your healthcare provider. Talk to an actual one about whether cannabis is right for you, especially if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication.
Cannabis products are not approved by the Food and Drug Administration to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The FDA has not evaluated these products for safety, effectiveness, or quality.
Use cannabis legally and responsibly
Consume responsibly. When you buy cannabis from us, you agree to handle it the way New Mexico law requires:
- Keep it for adults 21 and over, and out of reach of children and pets.
- Do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery while under the influence.
- Keep it inside New Mexico. Carrying cannabis across state lines is a federal offense, even into states where it's legal.
- Consume only where it's legal to do so. Public consumption rules vary by city and county.
There may be health risks associated with cannabis consumption, including long-term effects and additional risks for people who are or may become pregnant or are breastfeeding. In case of accidental ingestion or overconsumption, contact the Poison Center at 1-800-222-1222 or call 9-1-1.
Using this site
Be a good guest. You agree not to break, probe, or overload the site, misrepresent who you are (including your age), scrape or republish our content in bulk, or use the site for anything unlawful.
Our content
The Couth Cannabis name, logo, leaf mark, photos, and the words on this site belong to Couth Cannabis or are used with permission. Link to our pages all you want. Don't lift our content or branding for your own commercial use without asking us first.
Links to other sites
We link out to third parties, including our online ordering menu, Google Maps, and Instagram. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we're not responsible for what happens there.
No warranties, limited liability
This website is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Couth Cannabis is not liable for damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under New Mexico law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the effective date at the top of this page changes. If you keep using the site after that, you've accepted the update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any dispute about them belongs in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico.
