Grower prices, in plain dollars.

Couth Farms grows the flower. Couth Cannabis sells it at 1595 El Paseo Rd. Three prices hold steady every day: shake ounces, eighths, and cartridges. Anything that changes faster than that, daily specials included, lives on the menu instead of this page.

The everyday board.

These three numbers do not move with the season or the calendar. Anything beyond them belongs on the menu, not here.

Shake Ounces

$20

A full ounce of shake, broken off the same indoor flower we sell whole in our jars.

Eighths

$10

3.5 grams of indoor flower, sold whole, with the same genetics and lab numbers as everything else in the case.

Cartridges

$8

A cartridge, filled and ready to thread onto a battery at the counter.

What shake actually is.

Shake is the smaller pieces that break off during trimming and handling of our indoor flower. It comes from the same plants as the whole buds sitting in our jars, so it carries the same genetics and the same lab numbers. Nothing about the plant changes on the way to becoming shake. Only the shape changes, and a broken piece is a poor fit for a jar built to show off a full cola. It works just as well in a grinder or a rolling paper, where shape stops mattering. The lower price reflects that difference in form. It is not a mark of lower quality.

Why the grower can price it this way.

Couth Farms grows the flower and Couth Cannabis sells it, and they are the same company. The flower moves from grow room to shelf without changing hands along the way. There is no wholesaler buying it first and marking it up, no broker charging a fee to arrange the sale, and no separate trucking company billing for the trip between them. Each of those steps adds cost somewhere else in Las Cruces. Here, none of them exist, so the number on the shelf sits closer to what it actually costs to grow the flower. Read more about the store itself or see what is currently growing.

The math, per gram.

Divide the price by the weight and the numbers hold up. An eighth runs more per gram than a shake ounce, for the same reason covered above: a whole bud costs more to present than a broken piece does.

Price per gram for eighths and shake ounces
Buy Weight Price Per gram
Eighth 3.5 grams $10 About $2.86
Shake ounce 28 grams $20 About $0.71

Where deals actually live.

The three prices above hold every day, with no start date and no end date. Daily specials, limited drops, and anything tied to a specific brand move faster than a printed page can track, so they are not listed here. The menu carries the current numbers, and the board at the counter shows the same thing to anyone standing in the shop. Check either one before you plan a trip around a specific deal.

Questions about the prices.

Why is indoor flower this cheap?

Couth Farms grows it and Couth Cannabis sells it, so the price skips the markup a wholesaler or a broker would normally add along the way.

Do prices include tax?

New Mexico law adds cannabis excise tax and gross receipts tax at the register, on top of the price posted on the shelf.

What is shake?

The smaller pieces broken off the same indoor flower during trimming, carrying the same genetics and the same lab numbers as the whole bud.

Do you have daily deals?

Deals rotate. Check the menu or the board at the counter for whatever is running today.
